The sinking of Titanic was devastating to the world in 1912 with the loss of 1,500 lives and the largest movable object in history. There have been countless movies and books produced in honor of the fabulous ship. Friday, April 13, through Sunday, April 15. St. Louis will be commemorating the centennial of Titanic. On Friday night “A Night To Remember” will be screened in Forest Park, with a reception prior. On Saturday night the fabulous Fox Theater will be re-creating the last dinner on the Titanic, making the guests feel as if they had gone back to 1912. Sunday morning and early afternoon a champagne brunch will be at the Piper Palm House in Tower Grove Park. This park greatly resembles the Verandah Cafe on the ship
