Red and White Might had a tasty twist this year with two food trucks vending at the event. The trucks were Seoul Taco, a popular Korean taco truck in St. Louis, and Kona Ice, a snow cone shop on the go.
At the beginning of the event, the crowds were small, but as time went on more people utilized these trucks. I was one of the early customers, buying a Chicken taco from Seoul Taco and a blue raspberry snow cone from Kona Ice.
The chicken taco was surprisingly delicious for being from a food truck. Going into the purchase, I thought there was a sixty percent chance of me getting food poisoning from the tacos, but they were actually fairly high quality.
The snow cone was as refreshing as I expected. At Kona Ice, you can order a specialty flavor or purchase the shaved ice to put your own flavor on at a hub on the outside of the truck.
Overall, these two trucks were an excellent, new addition to Red and White Night.
The food truck fad in St. Louis is raging, and there will be plenty more opportunities to try food from these kitchens on wheels. The next event where you can try multiple food trucks is the Feast in the Park at Faust Park on September 12.

Just like food trucks, vending machines have been getting a lot of attention amidst this pandemic,
Why?
Because these vending machines are available 24/7 irrespective of lockdowns and reduced store timing.
Moreover one does not have to interact with anyone.
