Following a day full of sleet and snow, Parkway has cancelled classes for Mar. 3. With the streets remaining covered this evening, district officials decided to provide families time to prepare for students being home during the day. This is the eighth snow day that the Parkway School District has utilized this school year. After reaching the seventh snow day, Parkway is only required to make up every other cancellation from this point forward. Therefore, this snow day will not have to be rescheduled.
As previously announced, students will return to an A-Day on Mar. 4.
