11/17 At the State Swimming Conference held on Saturday, Nov. 16 at the St. Peter’s Rec-Plex, boys swimming placed fourth overall out of almost seventy teams. Losing two highly-ranking swimmers last year only made the Colts go down from their second overall place last year. Senior Zach Rodgers tied for first in the 200 meter freestyle and got second in the 100 meter backstroke by 1 hundredth of a second.

10/25 Boys swimming placed second at the Parkway Quad on Thursday, Oct. 24. The team got second to Parkway West’s boys swim team, the same team that ended the Colt’s seven year conference win streak. This past Tuesday, Oct. 22, the team defeated Webster Groves and next Wednesday they will travel to Rockwood Summit with action starting at 4:15.

10/18 The Colts swimming and dive team placed first out of sixteen teams last Saturday at the Cape Invitational. The Colts also won all three relays. 10/4   The Colts ended their seven year conference win streak Tuesday with a 108-80 loss vs. Parkway West. Senior Zach Rogers swept all of his events in the meet, which included the 200 and 500 yard freestyle. The team’s next swim meet is Tuesday, October 8 vs. Afton.
