In an attempt to qualify for state, senior Kirk Randolph began swimming year round for Parkway Swim Club from December to July prior to his junior year while also making time for an AP class.
“I made a big jump my junior year and qualified for state,” Randolph said.
On top of swimming, Randolph is also taking AP Statistics. He plans on studying accounting and finance at University of Missouri or at Missouri State. He would like to pursue a career in business, similar to his father who works with business commercials.
“My dad has always seemed to enjoy what he does,” Randolph said. “So I want to do something similar to him.”
