Over the summer, junior Kristine Tucker worked two jobs, one at the pool at Shaw Park and another as a receptionist at Mitchell James Salon.
“I picked working up as something to do but I also pay for my own insurance, car and gas so I needed the money,” Tucker said.
Tucker went to Ladue the past two years of high school but moved to Parkway Central after her dad picked out a house he liked in the district. Although she moved, Tucker still keeps ties with her friends at her old school.
“I still talk to all of my friends that are at Ladue,” Tucker said.
