Senior Emily Schenberg had an experience with a wild turkey taking place eight years ago in her driveway while it was walking down the sidewalk.
“When I looked up, I locked eyes with the turkey. Then I screamed and the turkey screamed,” Schenberg said.
Schenberg startled the turkey by screaming at the top of her lungs, after the turkey heard her scream, it tried to get away.
“The turkey tried to fly away, but since turkeys can’t really fly, it wound up flying and falling into a tree. It looked a lot like a cartoon,” Schenberg said.
