After moving from Argentina due to his father’s job, freshman Agustin Barcelona made the JV team and earned the captaincy after playing soccer for only two years.
“It was a really amazing achievement and a great feeling,” Barcelona said.
He also plays indoor soccer right now, on a team called Barely Legal. Ever since moving to America, he picked up a motto that has carried him through tough times.
“The world isn’t all sunshine and rainbows,” Barcelona said. “You need to keep moving forward to stay on top of it.”
