Starting quarter back of the football team, sophomore Mitch Goldenberg has come a long way to achieve his dream of playing football for his dad.
“As long as I can remember I’ve been following football at central,” Goldenberg said. “My dad’s the coach and I’ve always been around the team, so it’s pretty cool to finally be able to play for him.
Besides his passion for football, Goldenberg spends a lot of time on his studies. Goldenberg says that he values his academic success greatly, and is motivated by his parents.
“My mom and dad are both teachers so I have to work extra hard on keeping good grades,” Goldenberg said.
